By installing, signing into, or using the TabSort browser extension ("TabSort", "the extension", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the extension.
TabSort is a Chrome extension that automatically sorts your open browser tabs into color-coded groups. Most sorting happens locally on your device; for sites it doesn't already recognize, it can send limited tab information (hostname, title, URL) to our backend, which uses Anthropic's Claude API to suggest a category. Automatic categorization is provided on a best-effort basis - we don't guarantee it will always be accurate, and you can always recategorize a tab manually.
Using TabSort requires signing in with a Google account, used solely to identify your account and check your subscription status. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You must be old enough in your country to enter into this agreement to use TabSort.
TabSort is a paid subscription: €3.99/month or €27.99/year. Payment is processed by Gumroad, not by us directly - Gumroad's own terms govern the actual transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through Gumroad before renewal.
We may offer free trial periods (currently: a 90-day invite trial, and time-limited trial codes). Trial terms current at the time you redeem one apply; a trial converts to a paid subscription only if you separately purchase one - it does not auto-charge you when it ends.
Refunds: Refunds are available within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact support@tabsort.app to request one.
Don't use TabSort to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its backend (including automated/excessive requests beyond normal personal use), and don't use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why. In short: account info to identify you, license info to verify your subscription, and tab metadata (not page content) sent for AI classification when needed.
TabSort - its code, design, and branding - belongs to its developer. Using the service doesn't transfer any ownership of it to you. You keep ownership of nothing of ours; we don't claim ownership of your browsing data beyond what's described in the Privacy Policy.
TabSort is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated categorization will always be correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TabSort. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using TabSort and cancel your subscription (via Gumroad) at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TabSort after a change means you accept the updated terms.
This agreement is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes arising from these terms will be handled in Czech courts.
